Being pregnant means being more health for me and my growing baby. This time around, I am trying to incorporate more exercise more into my daily life, but it has been a struggle for me. I’m not “in love” with working out. I have a gym membership but with my always changing energy levels, it can be challenging to force myself off the sofa and get in a good workout. Enter the YouTube workout videos.

I love hiking but being pregnant has made it more challenging to traverse with a toddler on my back over the river and through the woods. So, I have had to find activities that are more conducive to my growing belly.

I enjoy workout classes, but my favorite ones at the gym are right in the middle of bedtime for my younger kids. So, lately, I prefer walking in the neighborhood with friends or working out at home. Last year, when we first moved to California, I started looking for YouTube workout videos and I found some really great ones! They make getting my fitness on at home so much more fun! Today I’m sharing with you a few of my favorite YouTube workout channels for a fun workout sessions at home.

5 YouTube Channels for Fun At-Home Workouts

1.      POPSUGAR Fitness

As if you didn’t have enough reasons to love PopSugar, they also have a fitness channel! You can find awesome YouTube workout videos for any fitness level. Besides having amazing full-body workouts, they also have videos for the busy mom short on time with workouts lasting from 10 minutes to 40 minutes.

2.      Fitness Blender

Fitness Blender has great YouTube workout videos for beginners, as well as people looking for more advanced workouts. With over 500 free full-length workout videos you are sure to find one that fits your fitness level and time. Husband and wife, Daniel and Kelli, endorse eating whole food and working out for a stronger, healthier body. I love their 30 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) videos for maximum calorie burn! But they also have great 5 Day Challenge Workout, 10 Minute Butt and Thigh Workout, and Fat Burning, Body Shaping Strength, and Pilates Butt videos to name a few.

3.      WomenWorkoutChannel

The WomensWorkoutChannel YouTube channel is a great channel for any woman looking to get in shape. They have some great workouts to help you target your trouble spots like the 5 Day Butt and Legs Workout Plan, 9 Minute Ab Workout for a Sexy Stomach, and Home Yoga Workout for Improved Flexibility. This channel has some of the best exercises and workouts on the internet and can teach you how to train any body part correctly.

4.      Boobsandbellyfitness

Boobsandbellyfitness YouTube workout channel was created to provide moms and moms-to-be with safe and effective workouts for all stages of pregnancy and motherhood. They offer a variety of training options like strength training, Pilates, cardio, and core exercises. My favorite video is the Full Body Prenatal Workout-2 that combines upper body, lower body, and core exercises to help pregnant mamas feel strong during their pregnancy and postpartum.

5.      Heart Alchemy Yoga

The Heart Alchemy Yoga channel brings the best of L.A. yoga to your living room. This channel offers you a wide range of top-notch yoga flow, yoga practices, pranayama, meditation, and heart opening techniques.   This channel offers some great videos like Prenatal Yoga 30 Minute Yoga Class, Power Yoga Detox (20 Minute), and Yoga for Kids / Family Yoga to name a few.
