I love quick and easy just like the next person. This is probably why I use the crockpot as much as I do. I remember my mom using an old orange one when I was a kid. So, when I became an adult (with my own kitchen), I made sure that I had a crock pot (or 4).
Since using the crock pot, I have created a lot of great meals, Paleo and non-Paleo, for my family. I love that I can just add all of my ingredients, turn it on, and go about my day. It really does helps with my already busy schedule.
This past week, I made a ham and pineapple crock pot meal that was even simpler than simple. I think the hardest part about this recipe is putting it in the crock pot. Seriously, it is that simple. Just two ingredients-a ham and a can of pineapple chunks and that’s it. Plus, it is Paleo. My kids even ate up this ham and pineapple without the need for the usual “coercion” to finish dinner. My husband and I even kept some aside to use for a breakfast. This ham is even better on day two!!
So if you need a fast and super simple crock pot meal, try this one! You won’t regret it.
