Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup organic ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
6 Slimwich hamburger buns, split
Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground chicken, onion, and green pepper.
2. Cook until chicken is browned. Drain off excess grease.
3. Stir in the brown sugar, vinegar, organic ketchup and mustard, and season with cloves and salt.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes on low.
