Have you heard of the subscription snack box that gives back? Love With Food helps you find new organic or all-natural snacks delivered to your door each month. Their subscription membership starts as low as $10 per month. You can choose from the “Tasting Box”, “Deluxe Box”, or the “Gluten Free Box” based on your dietary (and hunger) needs.
Each month, Love With Food members receive a hand selected box of distinctive, uniquely tasty snacks that change based on seasonal themes. If you receive a sample that you absolutely love, you can shop for regular size versions right on the Love With Food website. Start discovering the healthy snacks you have been missing out on with Love With Food!
But, the best part is, for each Love With Food box sold, they donate a meal to a number of food banks to help end child hunger. This month’s meals will be donated to the Oregon Food Bank.
The March “Tasty” Subscription Box
The tasting box came right to my mailbox in a little red box, no need to wait for UPS or FedEx for this one. It was jammed packed with tasty snacks and coupons. This month’s tasting box was hand-picked by the Healthy Grocery Girl, Megan Roosevelt. Megan is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and author.
An information booklet was included with the tasty box that contains details about each healthy snack. It is also noted if the snack is non-GMO, organic, gluten free and/ Vegan.
Choco Chews by TruJoy Sweets. More chewy than a tootsie roll, these good-for-you chocolate chews are vegan, gluten-free and organic. These are great little pick-me-up snacks without artificial flavors or colors.
Chocolate Banana Mini Snack Bar by 2 Degrees. This little treat is chocked full of wholesome goodness. Made with omega-rich quinoa, chia, millet, and ground sunflower seeds, this little treat is great for an after school snack.
Almond Butter Cacao Truffle by Two Moms in the Raw. Raw, gluten-free, Non-GMO, vegan chocolate truffles that are too good to share. Made with organic almonds, organic agave, organic cacao, and salt.
Bunny Grahams Chocolate by Annie’s Homegrown. These vegan chocolate graham snacks contain 8 grams of organic whole grain. These are a great option for kids on the go.
BOPS Seat Salt by Good Boy Organics. These chips stand for Baked Organic Potato Snacks. They have 65% less fat than regular potato chips and are organic, gluten-free and non-GMO. They are great right out of the bag or with a little greek yogurt dip.
Nutty Rice Bites with Cranberries by 180°. These are the healthy, fancy grownups version of a Rice Krispy treat. Dry roasted and made with cranberries it is only 120 calories per serving. These are great when you want a gluten-free sweet treat. My husband and I loved these so much that we forgot to save some for the kids to try, oops.
Roasted Chickpeas by The Good Bean. I have not had roasted chickpeas since I was a kid. These are the same classic crunchy chickpea taste with 4 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and are non-GMO. This snack is one that will fill you up, so you can save the rest of your snacks for later. My husband really enjoyed these.
Hemp Hearts by Manitoba Harvest. Have you heard how good hemp hearts are for you? 10 grams of plant-based protein and 3 grams of fiber per three tablespoons, these hemp hearts can add extra protein and flavor to your salad, cereal, or yogurt. Or eat them straight out of the bag for a wholesome vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free treat.
Apple and Cinnamon Tea by Miracle Trees. I am a big tea drinker. I will drink it hot or cold. This one I am going to enjoy hot with my breakfast. Sugar and caffeine free, this USDA organic tea can be enjoyed any time of the day.
Herbes De Provence by The Spice Hunter. I have many spices by The Spice Hunter in my cupboard. I love that they are organic, gluten-free, and vegan. Not to mention they don’t use any preservatives or filler like some of the inferior brands do. This Mediterranean blend comes with a recipe card for roasted potatoes that I will be trying out.
Also included with the tasty box were various offers and coupons to use for future purchases. Urban Remedy even included $10 off on orders of $50 or more.

Final Thoughts
This was my first opportunity trying a Love With Food subscription box. I have to say, it did not disappoint. I was originally intrigued with this company and their willingness to help end childhood hunger. The food that was in the box was delicious, nutritious, and unique. My family loved the snacks that came in this box. At $10.00 a month, this box is a wonderful bargain plus I get to find new healthy favorites for my family. That is a Win-Win, in my book.
I love subscription boxes. They introduce a little of this and a little of that to see if I like the products.
