Low Carb Crockpot Chicken and Rice Dinner
A great low carb crockpot Sunday dinner.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast thawed
- 1 can low fat Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli
- 1 C rice
- 3 C water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together and place in crockpot.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low 6-8 hours
