Good morning all you moxie mama’s out there! I have been experimenting with various /meal replacement shakes in order to cut the carbs and, hopefully, shed some of this baby weight. While some of the shakes are decent in the flavor department, others are down right awful!

So, I have begun experimenting with my blender, a few ingredients, and protein powder (Walmart and Target sell store brand whey protein powder mix for cheap). Below, I have listed just a few of my favorite single serving protein shakes that I have made recently. All of these protein shakes are high protein, low carb (less than 10 grams/serving). I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.

Chocolate Covered Cherry

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp cherry davinci
  • 6 oz Water
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Carmel

  • 6 oz Water
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • 1 oz DaVinci sugar-free caramel flavored syrup

Root Beer Float

  • 6 oz of diet Root Beer
  • 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Blend slowly, adding ingredients gradually.

Vanilla Coffee

  • 6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • ½ packet of sweetener

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 10 oz water
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbs. flax seed oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Sweetener to taste

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Mint

  • 1 Scoops Chocolate whey powder
  • 4 oz water
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 drops mint extract
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Mocha Frappachino

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Thicken Thin (optional)
  • ¼ cup cooled, strong, black coffee
  • 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Orange Delight Shake

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 Orange Crystal Lite single serving packet
  • 6 oz water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Cream

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pumpkin Pie Shake

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
