I have found that the older and wiser that I get, the more that I want the companies that I buy from to use some of the money that I spent to give to charitable missions. I have found a company that does just that. SoapBox Soaps, a company with a great line of soaps, body washes, and shampoos, uses their profits to spread health and hygiene to children and families around the globe.
For every item purchased, SoapBox Soaps will donate a bar of soap, fresh water, or vitamin supplements to a needy child, one for one. SoapBox Soaps have donated to children in Haiti, Ecuador, Honduras, Canada, Kenya, Uganda, Thailand, India, South Africa, Zambia, and even here in the United States. In fact, they provide soap to struggling families in homeless and women’s shelters as well as skilled nursing facilities here in the U.S.
SoapBox Soaps carries a wide variety of liquid soaps, bar soaps, body washes, and now shampoos. There are so many to choose from, whether you want an unscented soap bar or an invigorating body wash; SoapBox Soaps has a product for everyone of all skin and hair types. Your only problem will be trying to pick just one.
I received the Argan Shampoo and Conditioner to sample and review. Both of these products smell and feel great on my hair. When I first used the product, I did not notice an overwhelming difference in the texture or smoothness of my hair. But with subsequent uses, my hair has become smoother, more manageable, and less frizzy without feeling heavy or oily.
I was even able to check how the donation on both of my bottles helped others. My shampoo and conditioner helped bring clean water to China (shampoo) and Thailand (conditioner) via the Splash.org Project.
You can check your product codes at www.soapboxsoaps.com/HOPE.
SoapBox Soaps is a remarkable line of soaps and shampoos with an inspirational message of hope, health, and hygiene. I loved the shampoo that I was gifted, and I can’t wait to try their soaps. I have heard great things about their Black Body Wash. Be sure to try them out for yourself, or give as gifts. Now available at Target, Amazon, or online at www.soapboxsoaps.com.
I received the products mentioned above for free via SoapBox Soaps and Influenster. Nevertheless, I only recommend products I personally use and believe that my readers will enjoy.

Okay, so the product sounds pretty good on it’s own, but the actual business sounds awesome! I love how they allow you to “track” where exactly your donations are going and that they are staying true to their mission of helping out those who need it most. I wish more companies would take on the same objectives!

See I love this!
I love when companies give back. I’ve never heard of them before but I’m going to take a look at their site.
I have fine hair so when you say that it doesn’t weigh your hair down (rather you said it isn’t heavy) was also a bonus. Very cool! Thank you so much for sharing this.

I love that SoapBox donates to charity. That makes me want to buy their products anyway. BUT the great ingredients make me want it even more!
I do love that they give back–and yes–it makes a difference to me if they do or they don’t. I will definitely try products from companies who give back and not from those that don’t. Argon is supposed to be really good at getting rid of the frizzies–I will look into this mire carefully.

I haven’t tried Argan Oil yet, but I need to. My hair has become so damaged and weak from a combination of processing and hyperthyroidism. I have been looking for something to help make my hair look and feel better. I will definitely be checking out their site.

I really love Argan oil brand, my hair is very soft and not sticky like before. For those who haven’t tried this brand you might need it and see the result. Amazing!
I often use hair products that contain Argan oil because it makes my hair shiny and smooth and helps to take away the frizzies. Not to mention that it smells great.

My husband swears by the Argan Oil in shampoo too. He’s got thick dark hair like it looks like you do too! My teen has thick lighter hair but she loves it too. I am excited about the Soapbox line…for me, the body wash is calling my name!
What an amazing incentive. I love how the company gives back to others. How many people have they been able to help so far?
ong!!! This shampoo & conditioner are right up my alley!!!! I am argan oil obsessed when it comes to my hair! It’s my secret to having blonde non frizzy hair!
I love a company that gives make too. As for this company, I love the way they give back!! I’d try it just for that reason alone.
I love a great company that gives back! Argan oil has worked wonders for my hair – it’s so much smoother and softer and now I can’t use shampoo without it.
I just love ethical companies, I feel so much better about spending my money with them if it’s helping someone at the same time. I’ve never heard of Argan oil but then I have three boys and barely get to wonder what I am shampooing with!

I appreciate the fact that you posted a photo of the Ingredients, it’s the first thing I look at before buying anything!! I like that it’s paraben-free, parabens have been linked to causing breast cancer. It’s really nice that the profit is shared among struggling countries. I’m very interested!

What neat products. Companies that have philanthropic missions are always at the top of my favorites list. I am a big traveler, and seeing poor conditions in foreign countries is heartbreaking. It’s so wonderful to see a company that is working to not just increase their revenue, but to give back and help make impactful change in the world. That’s something I am willing to support.
