Tasty Slow Cooker Pork Chops

A delicious slow cooker pork chop recipe.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs of pork chops about 4 pork chops cut 1/2 - 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 onion sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the pork chops at the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with onions and garlic.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the pork chops.
  • Cook on low for 7 -8 hours or until the pork chops are cooked and tender
  • Serve over rice.
