Looking for a great easy and healthy snack? These turkey avocado rollups are great for on the go or at home. Packed full of healthy fats, these rolls are great if you are following a low carb, high fat diet (LCHF).
Turkey Avocado Rollups
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 1 medium ripe Avocado, scooped from shell, and cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp Easy Whole 30/Paleo mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic clove
- 2 ounces finely minced onion
- salt to taste
- 1lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
- Whip the cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until mixture is smooth, about a minute.
- Place turkey slices on paper towels and pat dry.
- Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture on the entire turkey slice
- Starting at one end, tightly roll the turkey slice.
- Enjoy immediately.
