Chicken wings

Organic coconut oil
melted
3/4

Frank's Hot Sauce

water

Black pepper

Minced garlic
Instructions
Crockpot Directions
1. Place chicken wings at the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Mix melted coconut oil, garlic, hot sauce, and water in a bowl until completely blended.
3. Pour mixture over chicken wings, cover.
4. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
Broiler Directions
1. After chicken wings have cooked in crockpot on Low for 8 hours, take out of crockpot and place on a cookie sheet.
2. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes to crisp up the chicken wings.
3. Let chicken wings to rest for 5 minutes.
Notes
Use remaining sauce in crockpot to pour over chicken wings after they have been crisped.
