Healthy Homemade Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
1
can real pumpkin puree
¼
c
fresh squeezed orange juice
the juice of 1 medium orange
1
tsp
vanilla extract
½
c
agave
1/8
tsp
salt
½
tsp
ground cloves
1
tsp
ginger
1
tsp
nutmeg
2
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Pour into airtight jars.
Notes
Homemade pumpkin butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to a year.
