Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound raw unsalted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon minced basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced oregano
  • 1 teaspoon minced thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spread the almonds out on a cookie sheet.
  • Toast in oven for 5 minutes, or until warm.
  • In a large bowl, combine the herbs, cayenne pepper, Swerve, salt and butter.
  • Toss the warm almonds with herbed butter.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
