Low Carb Southwest Crockpot Porkchops

A spicy porkchop dish with just a few simple ingredients.

- 6 Center cut pork chops
- 1- 15 oz can of black beans
- 1- 15 oz can of corn or 1.5 cups of frozen corn
- 1- 28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
Place pork chops at the bottom of 4 quart slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix spice packet, beans, and Crushed tomatoes. Pour over pork chops.
Add canned or frozen corn on top of mixture
Cook Low 5 hours OR High 2 hours
Serve over hot cooked brown rice or quinoa
