Paleo Chocolate Mini Tart

A delicious and smooth raw and gluten free tart.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Unsweetened 100% Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/3 100 % Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 ½ cup Natural Walnut Pieces

Instructions
 

  • Beat together coconut oil, maple syrup, and raw honey until smooth.
  • Slowly add cacao powder until completely blended and smooth.
  • Fold in walnut pieces.
  • Using a cookie dough scoop or a spoon, add approximately 2 scoops to paper muffin cups.
  • Gently press the tops flat with the back of the spoon.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Notes

**Because of the raw ingredients, these tarts must be kept frozen or refrigerated until ready to serve.
