Spicy Wasabi Vinaigrette

A spicy vinaigrette that is both delicious and Whole30 compliant.

- 2 tsp Wasabi powder
- 2 tsp HOT water
- 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar ACV
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp chia seeds
- 6 TBSP Olive oil
- ¼ c parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a large jar, combine the wasabi powder and hot water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Add ACV and balsamic vinegar. Whisk to combine.
3. Stir in oil and shake jar well to mix.
4. Add salt, parsley, and chia seeds prior to serving. Shake to combine.
