Spicy Wasabi Vinaigrette

A spicy vinaigrette that is both delicious and Whole30 compliant.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Wasabi powder
  • 2 tsp HOT water
  • 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar ACV
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp chia seeds
  • 6 TBSP Olive oil
  • ¼ c parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large jar, combine the wasabi powder and hot water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add ACV and balsamic vinegar. Whisk to combine.
  • 3. Stir in oil and shake jar well to mix.
  • 4. Add salt, parsley, and chia seeds prior to serving. Shake to combine.
