Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or 1/2 lb ground beef + 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c grated parmesan
  • ½ c shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp basil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together with clean, dry hands.
  4. Shape into tight meatballs.
  5. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Place in your pasta sauce or serve immediately.
