or 1/2 lb ground beef + 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage

grated parmesan

shredded mozzarella

onion flakes

minced garlic

oregano

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl.
Mix all ingredients together with clean, dry hands.
Shape into tight meatballs.
Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Place in your pasta sauce or serve immediately.
