Turmeric Tea

A delicious Turmeric tea to soothe the mind and soul.

Total Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- Milk or cream to taste optional
1. Bring water to a boil in a small sauce pot
2. Add powdered herbs
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Strain tea into a mug,
5. Add maple syrup and/ milk or cream (optional),
6. Stir to combine.
7. Drink warm.
