Yummy Paleo Waffles

A delicious almond flour paleo waffle recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour or almond meal meal is just a little grainier so I prefer the flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon based on your taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup raw honey melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Non-stick coconut oil spray

Instructions
 

  • 1. Pre-heat waffle iron.
  • 2. Mix all dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
  • 3. Whisk the eggs, honey and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, mixing well.
  • 4. Spray hot waffle iron with non-stick coconut oil spray.
  • 5. Drop approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron.
  • 6. Cook until browned (about 2 minutes)
  • 7. Top with real maple syrup or fruit.
