Yummy Paleo Waffles

A delicious almond flour paleo waffle recipe.

- 1 cup almond flour or almond meal meal is just a little grainier so I prefer the flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon based on your taste
- Pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup raw honey melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Non-stick coconut oil spray
1. Pre-heat waffle iron.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
3. Whisk the eggs, honey and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, mixing well.
4. Spray hot waffle iron with non-stick coconut oil spray.
5. Drop approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron.
6. Cook until browned (about 2 minutes)
7. Top with real maple syrup or fruit.
