To transform our dharma— the moral universal order and a code of living that personifies the fundamental principles of thoughts, ethics, and purpose—into action, we must first identify and discover our own personal dharma. Yoga journaling is a powerful tool to accomplish this, as it strengthens our awareness of ourselves and our yoga practice.
Writing in a journal doesn’t need to be complicated or challenging. Your yoga journal should reflect every practice, and can include thoughts, fears, hopes, frustrations, gratitude, and much more. It’s YOUR journal. Make it personal and perfect for YOU!
