It is time for another Sexy Moxie Mama creation. This porkchop recipe is a spinoff of the Southwest Crockpot Chicken recipe I posted late last year. Using the crockpot, this spicy porkchop recipe is sure to please even the pickiest eater. If you have never tried porkchops from a crockpot before, this is the recipe to try. Just a few ingredients, and you get tender porkchops. Enjoy!
Low Carb Southwest Crockpot Porkchops
A spicy porkchop dish with just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 Center cut pork chops
- 1- 15 oz can of black beans
- 1- 15 oz can of corn or 1.5 cups of frozen corn
- 1- 28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place pork chops at the bottom of 4 quart slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix spice packet, beans, and Crushed tomatoes. Pour over pork chops.
- Add canned or frozen corn on top of mixture
- Cook Low 5 hours OR High 2 hours
- Serve over hot cooked brown rice or quinoa
