Have you ever tried a subscription monthly box service? I have, and they are great! I have tried boxes from snacks to hair care products and find them to be an excellent way for me to try new products that I might have otherwise passed by in the stores.
But have you tried a monthly coffee and tea subscription box? For those of you who enjoy a good cup of coffee and want to explore your coffee options, I have the answer to your desires— Mixcups!
About the Product
Mixcups is a monthly coffee subscription box that hat sends single serve K-cups to allow you to sample various coffee and tea flavors.
About the Brand
In 2012, Mixcups was introduced by a group of coffee enthusiasts who were tired of drinking the same worn-out cup of coffee every-single-morning morning. They wanted a way to explore new coffees without having to buy boxes of coffee that didn’t meet the mark, and therefore, went stale before they got used.
That’s when the Mixcups founders got the idea to start a subscription box service that delivered an assortment of single cup coffees right to your door every month. Today they ship they “Mixes of the Month” to anticipating coffee aficionados coast-to-coast each month to help mix up their daily grind!
Review
When I was asked to review this subscription box, I was so excited. I was curious just how well the subscription box would stack up to store-bought coffees.
I love my morning coffee. I brew it up, throw a little half and half and sweetener in it and enjoy it before the kids get up. It is my “me” time and helps to wake me up before my day gets going. Almost a day does not go by that I don’t enjoy at least one cup of this black gold.
I anxiously waited for my subscription box to come in the mail. When it arrived, I instantly opened it up to see the flavor choices that awaited me. I have never seen such a great variety of flavored and traditional and coffees all at one time. All of a sudden, my excitement for Mixcups grew as I realized that I was going to be able to enjoy three cups of 10 different coffee varieties. What a great way to sample and enjoy certain flavors and roasts before buying your new favorites!
My box contained:
3-Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen, Barnie’s Blend
3-Brown Gold-100% Brazilian Extra Bold
3- Tim Hortons, Café and Bake Shop
3-Martinson, Joe’s Winterfest Festival d’hiver
3-Authentic Donut Shop Blend, Decaffeinated
3-Cake Boss, Chocolate Fudge Cake
3-Cake Boss, Chocolate Cannoli
3-Java Factory, Choconut
3- Authentic Donut Shop, Chocolate Chip Cookie
3-Brooklyn Bean Roastery, Hazelnut
Overall, I am extremely happy with this coffee subscription box. I will definitely be reordering soon. So get a box of Mixcups for yourself or send one as a gift to a caffeine-loving friend. You will be so happy, like me, that you did.

I am a huge coffee addict, so I would love to try this. It sounds like a great way to try new coffees.
Too had this is a k-cup subscription because I would be all over it if it were single serve not k-cup! I don’t own one of those machines. I drink more coffee then anyone I know and this would have suited me to a tee.

This sounds like a fantastic idea for coffee variety. I got to try little espresso pods while I was overseas, and I must admit they are incredibly convenient.

My husband was talking about this the other day. What a great way to get to try several different flavors and yet not have an entire box of one flavor – I hate getting stuck with a whole box of a flavor we did not like.
I love this subscription. I’ve tried it and the variety is pleasing and very awesome. I like to try new coffees.
This looks like a wonderful idea for hubby. I can’t drink coffee anymore but he is still going strong. I will tell him about this. Thanks
My husband is the serious coffee drinker in our house. He would love this!

What a cool subscription!!! I’m not into coffee at all but my grandmother is coffee obsessed. Everytime I go on a trip I always bring her home the local coffee. This would make a great birthday gift for her!
If I had a Kcup machine, I would do this for my husband. He loves coffee
