Everyone feels stress and anxiety during times of uncertainty. I know I certainly have been feeling a little bit of unease and insecurity lately. With everything that is going on, I wanted to just express what a lot of other people have already expressed: we are ALL in this TOGETHER.
I also wanted to reiterate that there is absolutely nothing wrong with having feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, uncertainty, anger, fear, or any other emotion that has come up for you at this time.
It’s how we cope with our feelings during this time that is important to feeling relaxed, centered, and healthy.
Your health and safety—and the health and safety of your family—should be your top priority right now. Below I have compiled a few posts I have written over the years.
