Do you love hot wings but hate the price of store-bought or restaurant hot wings? Are you trying to watch your calories and keep your diet clean? Here is an amazing hot wings recipe in the crockpot that uses coconut oil and Frank’s Hot Sauce. It is really important that you are using a hot sauce that does not have added ingredient, artificial colors, and/preservatives in order for this recipe to remain clean and healthy. This recipe is also Paleo and low-carb friendly.
After the chicken wings are finished cooking in the crockpot, throw them on a cookie sheet and under the broiler for 5 minutes to crisp them up. The sauce that is remaining in the crockpot can be used for dipping or to pour your hot wings. Oh, these are so good, even the toddler loved these. Serve with a side salad and you have a complete meal.
