I am such an ice cream addict. Prior to starting my lifestyle change, I would eat ice cream almost daily. But I had to give all that up when I started Paleo. Regular ice cream is no-no on Paleo because it is loaded with non-Paleo items such as sugar, cream, milk, corn syrup or and other additives. I have come up with a Paleo frozen yogurt pop recipe that is a sweet alternative to ice cream and it doesn’t contain all the unallowed items, so you can savor it without feeling like you are cheating.
