In the past I always played it safe when it came to potatoes. For some reason, I had a fear of making fries in the oven. From past experience, they never turn out exactly right. Plus, I have three kids that have no problem calling mom out on her cooking faux pas.
But these sweet and savory fries are absolutely wonderful! You have to try them! They are the perfect side dish or on their own as snack. If you are following a Whole30, Paleo, Primal, Vegan, Gluten-free, or Dairy-free eating lifestyle, I definitely recommend that you try these out!
