Good morning and welcome to another edition of Wisdom Wednesday. I took a week off from blogging last week to rest and clear my head. While I was away I spent a lot of time thinking about all of the things that have happened in my life, good and bad, and how grateful I am for the experiences that I have encountered. They have definitely shaped and molded me into the person that I am today. Some of those experiences really made me grow up and take a proactive role in my life.
The last Wisdom Wednesday (October 15) I wrote about my favorite virtues and quotes from the past year. You can check that post out HERE. This week I am focusing on the virtue of gratitude. Gratitude is the emotion of conveying appreciation for you have versus what we want or need. Studies show that we can intentionally promote gratitude and increase our happiness and health when we do. You can even increase energy, confidence, and compassion by maintaining a grateful mindset.
Do you have an attitude of gratitude?
