Good morning and Happy Hump Day! I hope that you are having a wonderful week so far. I would like to welcome to another edition of Wisdom Wednesday. Last week’s virtue was compassion. This week’s virtue is sincerity.
Sincerity is the truth in words and actions free from deception or dishonesty. A person who means what they say is known as a sincere person. Because of its transparency the word ‘sincerity’ has captivated us. We love sincere people and also love to be revered as a sincere person.
By being ‘sincere’, a person acts consistent with his conscience. If they act in proportion to the commands of their conscience, we acknowledge their sincerity because they are sincere to themselves.
