the best home-brewed iced tea

Some say summertime is the best time for iced tea. I disagree! I believe iced tea is a perfect drink all year round.

Tea is rich in antioxidants. Studies show drinking tea daily may reduce Alzheimer’s and diabetes risks. In addition, tea can increase bone, teeth and gum health.

I consider myself something of an iced tea connoisseur. Yet, my quest for the perfect iced tea has become quite daunting. It seems that home brewed and commercial iced teas are either too strong, too cloudy or just too bitter for my taste. My search for that right combination to make that perfect glass of iced tea ended after I had a conversation with a relative regarding iced tea perfection. Below is the result of that conversation.
