pork-loin-roast-recipe

I love cooking in my crockpot. I cook chicken and beef the most but I love to try and create new recipes using other types of meal and poultry. In the past I have featured a few pork dishes on this site to mix it up a bit. When eating more whole foods, I like to make sure that I am adding variety to my menu as sometimes meals can become mundane if not planned properly.

This Spiced Pork Loin Roast meal is delectable, using only the freshest ingredients. Watch the temperature of the pork. To keep pork from becoming overly dry it is important to monitor the inside temperature of the roast using a meat thermometer. When it reaches 170 degrees, you can stop cooking (In my crockpot, that was at 5hrs and 40 minutes on low). Let the pork sit a few minutes before serving. Serve with mixed vegetable. Enjoy!
