hiking quotes

Good morning and Happy Wednesday! I hope that your week is calm and creative so far. Generally on Wednesday’s I reserve this post for writing about virtues in my Wisdom Wednesday segment.

This week in keeping with the hiking theme, I have decided to venture from the norm.  In preparation for the American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day on Saturday, June 6, I have decided to not write about virtues but instead about hiking and the wisdom and clarity that comes from going into nature.

As you may (or maybe not) know, hiking is just taking a walk in the woods. You don’t need special equipment or the latest gadgets to do it. Just find a trail and take a walk. Below are some great quotes about walking in nature and hiking.
