Hi everyone!
Whew! The last month has been crazy with training and trying to keep the kids occupied so my husband can work at home in peace.
I increased my miles last month which caused a little rebound on week 9. I have been having a little bit of an issue with my energy levels this month but I am increasing my water and trying some new supplements so I hope this will work for the next challenges.
After 12 hard weeks I FINALLY finished the Virtual Camino de Santiago. The experience has been so rewarding and empowering.
Who would have thought last year I would walk 480 miles…during a PANDEMIC?! I sure did not but, that is exactly what I have done, and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity.
It was not always easy, and I still get tired in my midback quite a bit when I go over 6 miles but, I am getting stronger every day. Plus, I found an amazing community in the others that are doing these Conqueror Virtual Challenges.
Since I finished this fitness challenge, I have already decided on my NEXT THREE challenges. They are shorter but they correspond with a personal goal I have set for myself…walk a FULL marathon (26.2 miles) before the end of the summer. I will keep you updated on those as well.
