Each week I will post quotes from a different virtue. The last virtue I posted was tolerance. This week’s virtue is moderation. Moderation is the prevention of extreme actions or opinions.
Many people that tend to accomplish goals in life have definite qualities in common. Many successful people either consciously or unconsciously perform similarly. One key characteristic of successful people is self control. Self control leads to moderation. Moderation is one of the more significant virtues that many can expand in their lives. This quality can allow many to experience many benefits that can lead to a more fulfilling life. Developing moderation requires attaining enhanced and more efficient self-control, which can be achieved by replacing old behaviors with new and more useful habits. Moderation could be the solution that can create larger and more fantastic prospects in many parts of our lives.
