It is very easy to make fresh, clean eating, delicious seasonings at home with little preparation time.  Start with fresh or organic spices. Taco Seasoning

2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 ½ tsp Cumin
1 ½ tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. Use immediately or store in an air tight container.
  2. Use 2 Tbsp per 1 lb of ground beef, chicken, or turkey.

Cajun Seasoning

2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Cayenne
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Thyme
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. Use immediately or store in an air tight container.
  2. Use 2 Tbsp per 1 lb of meat, poultry, or fish.

Italian Seasoning

3 tbsp Basil
3 tbsp Marjoram
3 tbsp Oregano
3 tbsp Rosemary
3 tbsp Thyme

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. Use immediately or store in an air tight container.
  2. Use 2 Tbsp per 1 lb of meat, poultry, or fish. This seasoning can also be used in salads and vegetables.

Chili Seasoning

2 tbsp Paprika
3 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. Use immediately or store in an air tight container.
  2. Use 3 Tbsp per 1 lb of ground beef, turkey, or chicken.
