I have been participating in the 8-Week Health and Weight Loss Challenge that I wrote about a few weeks back. I thought that it would be very easy since I have also been following a pretty strick Paleo lifestyle since the beginning of the New Year. Boy was I wrong. There are a few areas that I am really struggling with

1.  Eating all of my fruit. I thought that I was getting a good amount of fruit prior to the challenge but when I really got down to tracking it, I was not eating nearly enough. I have since really pushed myself to eat more fibrous fruit like apples and oranges. (more…)
