Make Steakhouse Quality Steaks at Home.Valentine’s Day will be upon us before you know it. If you are like me, you like to celebrate this Hallmark Holiday by having a nice little steak meal with your sweetie. If you are also like me, planning a night out (especially if you have children) takes more work and money than planning your wedding.

Now you can have a steakhouse quality meal for the fraction of the cost of an actual meal AT the steakhouse, at home. All you have to do is a little pre-planning to make this meal an absolute success. So this year, why not stay in and have a steakhouse quality meal at home instead of fighting the crowds?

I know what you are thinking. You are thinking “my homemade steaks taste nothing like a steakhouse steak.”  Neither did mine until I learned this new and improved way to cook steaks. The rule about cooking a good steak at home is to do it without overcooking by hitting it with a great deal of heat very rapidly. Using a well-seasoned cast iron skillet that can go into the oven for the best success with this meal.

Just follow these instructions and you will never want to pay full price for a steak at a steakhouse again (well unless it is Ruth’s Chris steak , then maybe you’ll want to spend the extra dough). Do not limit yourself to just enjoying these steaks on special occasions. These steaks are so simple to make, you can have them (almost) every night of the year.
